Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luck38" / "the Platform" / "the Operator" refers to the luck38 online casino and sportsbook operated at luck38.net and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the luck38 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered PKR account held by a Player on the luck38 platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player into their luck38 account and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by luck38 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified per individual promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which requires submission of valid identification documents prior to the first withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products offered by luck38, including live casino tables, slot games, Andar Bahar, Super Bingo, and the sports betting sportsbook.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to luck38 is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You must be accessing luck38 as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be under any legal disability that prevents you from doing so.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during and after registration. Providing false information — including false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ requirement — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration

To access the full range of luck38 services, Players must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active luck38 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. luck38 uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players must update their account details promptly if any information changes. luck38 reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be incorrect or outdated.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your luck38 username and password. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. luck38 recommends enabling two-factor authentication for all accounts.
• Account Ownership: luck38 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Corporate and Trust Accounts: luck38 accounts may only be registered in the name of individual natural persons. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts on the platform.

Deposits & Payment Methods

luck38 supports the following payment methods for deposits into your PKR account: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the luck38 cashier at the time of transaction. The general minimum is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in the Player's own name. luck38 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• luck38 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which luck38 accepts no responsibility.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your luck38 balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits credit within 1 to 4 hours. USDT deposits credit following on-chain network confirmation.
• luck38 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe is fraudulent, made in breach of these Terms, or connected with unlawful activity.
• Players depositing via cryptocurrency acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations are their own responsibility. The PKR value applied to a USDT deposit is determined by the exchange rate at the time of on-chain confirmation.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real money balance (excluding unwagered bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Completion of KYC identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. This requires submission of a clear copy of a valid CNIC or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal to Own Accounts: Withdrawals may only be directed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the luck38 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals generally process within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts process within one business day. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the luck38 cashier. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Review: luck38 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. During such reviews, the processing timeline may be extended. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering completion will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

luck38 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal offers (including PSL-specific promotions). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer documentation:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, contributing game types, minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), and expiry period are set out in the specific offer terms displayed at the point of opt-in.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be used to qualify for other promotions unless expressly stated.
• Where a Player holds both real money and bonus funds simultaneously, real money balance is applied to wagers first unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
• luck38 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-risk betting patterns, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinated wagering — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• luck38 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

Sports Betting Rules

The luck38 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL and international matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, and 20+ additional sports. The following rules govern sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets placed on the luck38 sportsbook are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where the platform offers a specific cash-out feature for that market.
• luck38 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where it is established that the market was offered in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome of an event has been determined to be subject to corruption, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns.
• In-play betting is subject to delay and pre-match odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed in the bet receipt are the odds that apply to settlement.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event and are displayed in the sportsbook. luck38 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC events, and other cricket markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook.

Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games available on the luck38 platform — including live dealer games, RNG slots, Andar Bahar, Super Bingo, and all other titles — are provided by certified third-party software suppliers whose games are subject to independent testing and certification for fairness and randomness. The following applies:

• Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. luck38 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the software provider and are available within the game information panel. luck38 makes no guarantees of profit or winnings to any Player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the affected round will be settled in accordance with the software provider's technical failure policy. Where a round cannot be completed or settled, stakes for that round will be refunded to the Player's luck38 balance.
• luck38 reserves the right to restrict access to specific game titles by jurisdiction or account type where required by licensing conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the luck38 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with the luck38 platform in place of manual human activity.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered in the luck38 sportsbook.
• Exploitation of technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to generate artificial wins or account balances. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Money laundering or any use of luck38 to process, transfer, or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity. luck38 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Registration of multiple accounts to abuse promotions or otherwise circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Any behaviour intended to manipulate, defraud, or otherwise act dishonestly toward luck38 or other Players.

Account Suspension & Closure

luck38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request.
• Discovery that registration information was false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to any deposit.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the luck38 Responsible Gaming programme.
• Direction from a regulator, law enforcement agency, or other competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, luck38 will endeavour to notify the Player and resolve the matter in a timely manner. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any real money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any applicable investigation.

Responsible Gaming

luck38 is committed to responsible gaming practices and provides the following tools to all account holders as a standard feature of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications to alert them when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks) during which access to all gambling features is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the luck38 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the luck38 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the luck38 brand identity, is the property of luck38 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luck38 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the luck38 platform without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• luck38 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• luck38 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to services.
• luck38 is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Gambling involves financial risk. luck38 does not guarantee any outcome on any game or sports event and is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through legitimate gambling activity on the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

luck38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the luck38 platform. Your continued use of the luck38 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which luck38 holds its operating licence.
